The team at Journey Bright want to ensure that your online shopping experience is quick, easy and enjoyable. Our shipping methods and policies are designed to reach you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
All parcels sent via Australia Post include a tracking number. If your parcel does not arrive you are able to track your delivery using the Australia Post tracking website. Please note, if you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, it will either be left in a safe location or you will be left a calling card telling you how you can pick up your parcel.

How Long will it Take to Deliver?
Where possible orders will be shipped within 2 working days of payment being received. Postage will be made through Australia Post and will include a tracking service.
Can we Ship Bulky Items?
A quote may need to be organised for bulky goods available in store or online. Additional costs may be incurred for shipping of bulky goods. The customer will be contacted to arrange payment upon acceptance of quote.

What do I do if the item is Lost or Undelivered?
If a parcel does not arrive or is damaged upon arrival please notify us via email (shop@journeybright.com.au) and we can place an inquiry with Australia Post. If Australia Post have your parcel registered as delivered it is the responsibility of the recipient to place an inquiry with Australia Post as per the Australia Post Guidelines.
Do you Accept Telephone Orders?
Journey Bright is happy to take your order over the phone.
Payment for manual orders can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) the item will be shipped once we have confirmation that the payment has gone through.
To process an order manually, please contact us directly with details of your order, preferred payment method, your shipping address, email address, and phone number.
Not all items from our store are online but we are constantly adding new things. If you know we have it in store just contact us by email or phone and we should be able to help you out.

The team at Journey Bright just loooooove wrapping presents!!
Simply request it in the message box at checkout and your parcel or parcels will turn up, ready to go beautifully wrapped in high quality wrapping paper - totally free!
Can I Return or Exchange?
The team at Journey Bright would like you to feel confident when purchasing online and we want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase.
In the unlikely event that your purchase is faulty or damaged please contact us as soon as possible to arrange replacement/return/refund. We do not refund for a change of mind.
